| In this work, the notion of $p-$harmonic maps with potential from a compact Riemannian manifold with positive sectional curvature to a compact Riemannian manifold are studied. In this regard, first the variational formulas of this type of harmonic maps is calculated. Then, an instability theorem for these maps is given. |
